Monthly cost and all fees are discussed during the application/admissions process. A move-in fee or deposit is required. What is included (utilities, internet, transportation) is reviewed with applicants. We discuss payment options and help applicants understand financial expectations before admission.

Built on spiritual principles, a legacy mindset, and leadership through lived experience. Faith-friendly and 12-step focused. Participation in AA/NA/Celebrate Recovery (or similar) is required. Brotherhood and community support are essential. We are well connected in the recovery community. We teach men how to live sober.

Families can visit when approved. Residents may have phones. Families receive updates through the Program Director. First 30 days: expect updates, growth, accountability, structured contact, and relationship building. Recovery is a process, not an event—building a strong foundation takes time. Success is measured through participation and honesty. Celebrate progress and participate in family recovery resources.

Legacy Landing was founded by Jeremy Shane South. His recovery journey led him to serve men and families through sober living built on accountability, spiritual principles, and leadership. Jeremy is active in the recovery community, including leadership roles with AMPSS and NSLA, and he is pursuing social work education to expand advocacy and support.

We provide structured recovery housing, accountability, peer support, and a safe, substance-free environment. Men who need medical detox, inpatient treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency medical support should seek help from a licensed provider before entering sober living.
